An absolutely incredible experience from the moment our shuttle collected us at the airport! The staff are phenomenal and nothing is too much hassle for them, we were luck to have good snow and no injuries 😂. A big shout out to Dayna Hegarty and the rest of the management team, you run a very slick operation! We will definitely be back!!

Great all inclusive resort, beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, great food & wines, skis on and you're right on the slopes. Staff is fantastic in all departments, special attentions from Amaury at the Front Office Marguerite and Remy from the Lodge, Stephane and his team at the Laiterie, Elyes and Florian F&B, Jeremy at Animations, Sanjay at Housekeeping and to top off this amazing team, Justine Front Office Manager!

Le CM Valmorel est un lieu de villégiature idéal pour un groupe de familles avec enfants. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Pistes pour tous les niveaux. La nourriture est bonne et variée. L'équipe a vraiment excellé lorsqu'elle nous a aidés à prolonger notre séjour à un prix raisonnable. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica al Club Med Valmorel con nostra figlia. La struttura è ottima e il personale è accogliente, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Il cibo è vario, fresco e abbondante. Raccomandiamo vivamente questo resort, soprattutto per le famiglie. Una menzione speciale a Calogero che ha portato un ottimo servizio, la sua personalità genuina e il suo umorismo durante tutta la settimana, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. I have been to a few all-inclusive resorts, but the food here was top notch. And if you have kids, you will have happy kids here. The entire team knew my daughters name and made her feel welcome and included, and they made me feel very safe to leave her in good hands.

Our family had a fabulous vacation at Club Med. We participated in activities throughout the day, loved the good food, and enjoyed the entertainment. Both of my daughters played volleyball and participated in Circus School activities. I loved the exercise classes on the beach. We are already planning our next trip.

My family just returned from 6 days in Club Med Punta Cana and we can't wait to go back. We had a Tiara suite which was incredible. Steps from our private infinity pool and the beach. From the moment we arrived we felt like we made it to paradise. Christelle went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and her team of G.O.s went out of their way to take care of us. My teenage children were in the teen club all day and night - having a blast. My wife and I took advantage of the organized adult activities - pickle ball, step class on the beach, and beach volleyball to name a few. If you are looking for a place to go

Our week long stay at the Punta Cana Club Med was wonderful. We have visited many Club Med locations before, but it was our first time in the Dominican Republic, and our first experience with the exclusive collection lodging. Neither did disappoint. The Zen rooms are definitely a step up from the standard amenities, they are beautifully appointed, with a modern design aesthetic. The oversized lagoon pool, the dedicated poolside bar and beautiful grounds contribute to give a luxurious and relaxation feel to the space.We enjoyed the white sand beach and turquoise water, and preferred the Indigo restaurant on the beach to the main restaurant which has more food choices but gets quite crowded and noisy with music.The level of service and attention to details was great, with special mention for Samarun and Morgane for their professionalism and making our stay so special, and Melanie for her positive and contagious energy in teaching the Fitness classesWe will be back !

We came to clubbed to escape from winter and spend family time. We are going back to Canada tomorrow and we already reserved for next year. The property is incredible, the staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly and ready to help you. At the restaurant, reception, nautical sports… we had a blast! TÚLIO was specially nice helping us with anything we needed. So friendly and polite. I hope we find another TÚLIO in our next experiences.
